Filipino Passport Visa to Turkey (Easy e-Visa)
I used this already and it was a breeze!
Upon learning last year that they have a new visa application policy via online - my interest to come back to Turkey was ignited. Turkey is at the top of my list to visit and revisit again because I find this country with a very unique culture, geographical location and most of all I am interested to know more of history of ancient war, religion and civilization that took place in this land. Ahhhm of course the picturesque touristic destinations they have.
I checked their website, read and applied my visa. In just 10 minutes I got my visa done.
Visa fee is 20us$
Hey - not all can get by the way. Ordinary Philippine passport-holders with a valid Schengen Visa, USA, UK, Ireland visa or residence permit may get their one month period single entry e-Visas via the website www.evisa.gov.tr.
*Both Documents above I save copy in my mobile phone and at the same time I printed a hard copy in case they would ask somehow.
I was asked when I checked in at the airport for my visa. I showed what I save in my mobile phone.
When I arrived in Turkey, I inserted my printed visa copy to my passport upon handling it to the immigration officer. NO question.

The most tedious part in traveling to countries that require pre-approved visa is the process. You must know that. Preparing documents with expiry dates and scheduling of appointments are a few to mention. I had been to Turkey in 2010 and I went with the complete process of visiting their embassy to apply for my visa and collect upon approval, thereafter.
